At Deluxe Furniture, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that purchasing furniture is a significant investment, and we want you to feel confident and content with your choice.
Refund Eligibility:
Time Frame:
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your furniture. Condition of Product: To be eligible for a refund, the furniture must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging in which it was delivered.
Custom Orders:
Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a refund due to the bespoke nature of these products.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
Refund Process:
Initiating a Refund:
To start the refund process, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
Inspection:
Upon receiving your item, it will undergo an inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our return conditions. Processing Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping Costs:
Return Shipping:
Unless the item is defective or the incorrect item was sent, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refund of Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover all associated shipping costs.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@deluxefurntire.ca
